Technical Configuration
1. Profile:
The HAL-6 steering wheel polyurethane foam automatic production line consists of two components high pressure metering system, six groups of high pressure mixed heads, six sets of high-pressure mixed head color pulp injection system, six sets of hydraulic mould frames, six sets of exhaust dust removal systems, and transportation pipelines. It can meet the collinear production of polyurethane foam with various specifications and various color steering wheel.
The two components of the high pressure foaming system adopt 1 polyol tank (POLY.) and 1 polyisocyanate (ISO.) tank, and the two metering units are driven by independent variable frequency motor. The output flow of the pump is controlled byvariable metering pump, and the open loop / closed loop control can be realized.
The production line is composed of a conveying pipeline system, a high-pressure mixing head, a color adding system, a hydraulic mould frame, an exhaust dust collecting enclosure and a mold temperature machine. The production line is arranged in a straight line to suit the collinear production of various steering wheels. Each hydraulic mould frame is attached with a high-pressure mixing head and color metering system, and the alternate injection foaming of different station products is realized according to the setting of the system. Each station is attached with exhaust dust and dust collection room. The mold realizes the temperature control through the hot water cycle. In the process of spraying, the release agent and inner paint in the air are discharged through the exhaust and dust removal system.
The whole system realizes automatic continuous production through PLC control. The production line is completed by artificial spray mold release agent, mold paint, automatic feeding, automatic pouring, automatic adjustment of proportioning, automatic mold closing, heating and curing, automatic die opening, manual blanking and cleaning.

2.8 Pressure limit and control system
Both Polyol and Isocyanate working pressure are in a range of 6~22Mpa. Whenever the
working pressure exceed the range of 25Mpa, the machine will be stopped automatically and give an alarm at the same time.
2.9 Component flow control and test unit
According with the pump’s flow 、 the components’ mixing range and the related parameters,Our machine can change the components’ flow out by adjust the shift motor. Testing and correcting the components’ flowing parameters and the mixing range by their own feeding valve, so as to adjust and control the components’ flow.
