Chúng tôi đã bắt đầu triển khai bán các loại máy đổ nhựa phenonlic trên thị trường Việt Nam. Do đặc tính axit cao, do đó máy đổ xốp Phenolic cần có thiết bị chuyên dụng, từ đường ống, đầu trộn, cho đến bồn chứa đều cần thiết kế đặc biệt để chịu được axit. Tuy nhiên, lợi thế là nếu sử dụng máy đổ phenolic thì cũng đồng thời sử dụng được nguyên liệu xốp PU trên máy này. Xốp Phenolic có đặc tính cách nhiệt tốt, hiệu quả chống cháy cao nên được sử dụng nhiều trong các dự án công nghiệp. PHENOLIC FOAM INJECTOR
1. The equipment reliability and accuracy is on a leading position in china compared other manufacturers. The PF injector assemble all the module on one rack. And the pipelines is short with less pressure loss, precise temperature control. PF-4 low-pressure foam machines is consisted of phenolic reaction system, and resin Tank A (phenolic liquid), Tank B (curing agent); two measurement units independent motor drived by inverter to change the rotational speed of the metering pump, meanwhile adjusting the material output flow.
2. MAIN SPECIFICATION AND DESCRIPTION: 2.1 Model: PF-4 2.2 Foam Type: Phenolic foam. 2.3 Viscosity: (25 ℃): Phenolic resin: ~ 2000mPa.s Curing agent: ~ 1000mPa.s 2.4 Injection volume [mixing ratio 100(A):12(B)] : 500-1000g / s Mixing ratio adjustment range: 100:50 to 100:10 2.5 Injection time: 0.5 to 99.99 (accurate to 0.01s) 2.6 The number of injection procedures: Manual injection: 3 groups operation button / can do continuous injection 2.7 Unit of measurement: measurement accuracy ≤ 0.5%, to make measurement of A/B material. Including: bracket, driving motor, coupling, metering pumps, and electronic pressure switch, etc. 2.8 Pressure limit and control system The material pressure is at 1 ~ 2MPa. If working pressure exceeds this value, the machine will automatically stop injecting, and alarm with displays a “abnormal working pressure ” fault information. Electrical protection: When the pressure reaches to the set protection pressure, the equipment will automatically stop and alarm , display “pump overpressure” failure information. The A pump protection pressure set is 0.25MPa, B is 0.15MPa.
2.9 Material flow control and testing unit As the material mixing ratio requirements, the parameters of A/B material should be set respectively set when injecting; The material flow is adjusted by the rotational speed of the metering pump, then change the proportion of A/B material.
2.10 Material filter The two material all have filter with accuracy of 330μm, to make sure no dust get into material recycling. The filter should be cleaned or changed by sometime to sewage. 2.11 Mixing head The material is injected through the valve to the mixing chamber and can do continuous injecting without jam inside. l Mixing head is driven by an electric motor to do mixing; l The motor and stirring shaft connect by the belt, and the speed can be adjusted; l In the test state, motor and stirring shaft no move; l Stirring in advance or delay is controlled by program , the automatic mixing and manual mixing is option; l The opening and closing of the valve is controlled by the cylinder; l Mixing head, mixing chamber and tapered nozzle are easy to be disassembly; l The nozzle can be flat or comb shape; l Mixing head of remote control including: foaming/ stops foaming/cleaning/air impacting/ emergency stop.
2.12 A tank (phenolic resin): 1pcs. l The effective capacity: 500 liters; l Jacket type, inner SUS304 stainless steel; l Maximum working pressure: 0.45MPa; l 1 jacket water safety valve, set the working pressure 0.30MPa; l 1 safety valve set pressure 0.40MPa; l 1 pressure relief valve with pressure gauge, the value set is 0.35 ~ 0.40MPa to control the compressed air pressure to the tank; l Automatically material charging port has one-way valve; l Output port is assembled two manual shut-off valve through T tube (bypass shutoff valve for sewage); l Level gauge: PLC control, with visible liquid level; l Temperature sensor: PT100; l Mechanical stirrer with seal, power 0.75KW, speed is 46rpm; l Jacket heating insulation layer.

2.14 Temperature control unit: Heating power 6KW l Two heating units, respectively, to control the heating of the material tank through the cooling unit to achieve the cooling of the material temperature. l 5HP compressor cooling unit with water pressure 0.25MPa, to control the raw material temperature

2.16 Electrical control system Electrical control system uses PLC, input and output modules, touch screen with powerful menu functions, easy to operate. The main electrical components is from international famous brands to ensure the safety and reliability of the control system. The control system has a strong fault alarming function with a sound and light alarm; All detection point of failure information is displayed on the touch screen, and automatically shut down equipment when necessary. The control box including main parts as following: l Delta PLC controller; l Delta inverter; l Omron Relay; l Schneider contactor; l Switch Schneider, button; l external communication interface; l system software and control procedures.
2.17 Piping systems Including the various types of material tubes, cleaning tubes and compressed air pipe, respectively to be materials, solvent and compressed air supplying.
